Free online form builder with e-signatures
Build a form or signing document, send it for signature, and get back a legally binding, tamper-evident document with a Certificate of Completion. Self-serve and link-share signing are free forever — you only pay to email signers at scale.
Built for ESIGN, UETA & eIDAS (simple electronic signatures) No credit card Sign without an account
Built for signatures that hold up
Most form tools bury signing.
We lead with it.
On other builders, an e-signature is one field among thirty — no audit trail, no certificate, no real workflow. tuyaform treats every document as a send-and-sign job that produces proof you can stand behind.
From document to done in three steps
No printing, no scanning, no chasing. Just create, send, and collect a sealed PDF.
Build your document
Start from a template or build from scratch, then add signature, date and text fields and assign each to a signer.
Send for signature
Share a link or email it to one or many signers, set the signing order, and optionally require an access code for each signer.
Get the sealed PDF
Everyone signs from any device. You get a tamper-evident PDF plus a Certificate of Completion — automatically.
A complete e-signature platform — at $0
The trust machinery the cheap incumbents only assert, built in and shown — plus a real form builder underneath.
Send to sign
Build a form or document, drop in signature, date and initials fields, and email it for signature — from any device.
Multiple signers & order
Route a document to several signers in sequence or all at once. Everyone gets the final, completed copy.
Append-only audit trail
Every view and signature is timestamped with IP and device, and every send is logged server-side — proof you can stand behind.
Certificate of Completion
A signed PDF arrives with a certificate listing every signer, method, time and IP — evidence designed to hold up in a dispute.
Tamper-evident seal
Documents are cryptographically sealed at completion. Any later change breaks the seal — instantly detectable.
Signer authentication
Each recipient opens a unique secure email link; add an optional per-recipient access code as a second factor.
Sign with no account
Recipients sign in their browser — no signup, no app, no install. The lowest-friction signing anywhere.
Signing-first templates
NDA, lease, waiver and consent-form starting points — pre-built signing fields, free, and ready to send for signature. Each opens a field scaffold; you supply the document wording.
Real form builder, too
Drag-and-drop fields, section headings and mobile-ready layouts. Forms that collect and sign.
Every signature comes with receipts
We don't just claim your documents are binding — we show the evidence on every completed file.

Sealed with a cryptographic hash at completion. Any change to the document invalidates the seal — making this record tamper-evident and independently verifiable.

Are e-signatures actually legally binding?
Yes. In the US, the ESIGN Act and UETA give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones, and in the EU, eIDAS does the same across member states. A signature cannot be denied legal effect simply because it is electronic. tuyaform is designed to capture the four pillars courts look for, intent to sign, consent to do business electronically, attribution to the signer, and a retainable record, so your signed documents hold up. A small set of document types (such as wills and certain court or family-law documents) are excluded and should be handled on paper; see our legality page for details. This is general information, not legal advice.
Is tuyaform really free, with no catch?
Yes, tuyaform is free forever to sign: get unlimited documents signed via shareable links at no cost — no per-document fee, no signature cap, and no credit card required. Emailed signing invitations are free up to 30 per month; higher email volume is available on optional paid plans, and non-expiring credit packs (plus the option to remove the "Made with tuyaform" credit) are there if you need them. Ad revenue is what lets us keep core signing free for everyone.
How do the ads work, and do they affect my documents?
Ads are lazy-loaded and shown below the fold, so they never get in the way of building or signing a document and never appear on the signed PDF itself. They are contextual and privacy-respecting, we do not read the contents of your documents to target ads, and we never sell or share your document data with advertisers. The ad revenue is simply what funds unlimited free signing instead of charging a subscription.
What makes a tuyaform document tamper-evident?
When signing is complete, we seal the final PDF and compute a SHA-256 cryptographic hash of it. If even one character of the document changes afterward, the hash no longer matches and the seal is broken, making any tampering immediately detectable. Every completed document also includes a Certificate of Completion and an audit trail so anyone can verify it has not been altered since it was signed.
Can I send a document to multiple signers?
Yes. You can add multiple signers to a single document and choose whether they sign in a set order (sequential) or all at once (parallel). Each signer gets their own unique, secure signing link, and the audit trail records each person's view and signature separately, with a timestamp, IP address, and device. Once everyone has signed, all parties receive the completed, sealed PDF.
Do the people I send to need an account to sign?
No. Signers do not need to create an account or download anything. They receive a secure link, open the document in their browser on any device, and sign in a few clicks. Requiring no signup removes friction so your documents get signed faster, while the unique per-signer link and an optional access code still tie each signature to the intended recipient.
What is the difference between SES, AES, and QES?
These are the three e-signature tiers defined by the EU's eIDAS regulation. A Simple Electronic Signature (SES) is the everyday e-signature most agreements use and is what tuyaform provides by default. An Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) adds stronger, uniquely-linked signer identification; tuyaform currently offers only an optional per-signer access code as a second factor and does not perform identity verification, so it does not provide AES-grade identity assurance. A Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) carries the highest assurance and the legal equivalence of a handwritten signature in the EU, but it requires a qualified certificate from a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP); tuyaform does not issue QES on its own.
How do you keep my documents secure?
We seal completed PDFs with a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash, enforce owner-scoped, least-privilege access so only you and your intended recipients can see a document, and rely on our infrastructure providers (Vercel and Supabase) to encrypt data in transit and at rest. Completed records are retained on managed cloud infrastructure with provider backups. See our security page for the full list of measures.
