The form builder that signs itself
tuyaform exists to make legally binding e-signatures free for everyone — not a paywalled add-on, but the whole point.
Why we built tuyaform
Most form builders treat signatures as a premium upsell, and most e-signature tools are expensive and clunky. We thought the basics — sending a document and getting it signed — should just be free.
So we built tuyaform: build a form or document from a template or from scratch, send it to sign, and get back a legally binding, tamper-evident PDF with a full audit trail and Certificate of Completion.
Signing-first, not an afterthought
tuyaform is designed around signing from the ground up: a clear audit trail and a verifiable Certificate of Completion are built into every completed document. It is built to support ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) — not a guarantee of legal compliance for every transaction.
Forms and surveys are here too, but the signature is the star.
Free, forever — funded by ads
We keep core signing free, funded by ads on our marketing pages — no per-signature fees and no paywall to sign. Optional paid plans (Starter/Growth) and credit packs raise the monthly emailed-send allowance and remove the "tuyaform" credit.
Ads never appear on the private pages your recipients use to sign — that experience stays clean and focused.
Who runs tuyaform
tuyaform is built and operated by HiveDevOps Technology Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (S.R.L.), an independent software company based in San José, Costa Rica. It's the same small, product-focused team behind our other apps.
The product is led by Jose Chirinos, tuyaform's founder — a professional software developer who has spent his career building production web and mobile applications for client companies across several industries. He designs, codes, and operates tuyaform hands-on, and he writes the guides you'll find on this site.
Building an e-signature platform from Costa Rica is deliberate: we serve both English- and Spanish-speaking users as first-class citizens, and the whole product — including every transactional email — ships in both languages.

How our guides are written
Every guide on this site is written by the founder, not generated in bulk. Before an article is published, each claim it makes about the product is checked against the running application, and each claim about e-signature law is limited to what Simple Electronic Signatures actually support — with links to the primary frameworks rather than legal advice.
We date articles honestly: the published date is the day the article went live, and we only mark an article as updated when its substance changes. If you spot an error in any guide, email hello@tuyaform.com and we'll correct it and note the correction.

Legally binding signatures with an audit trail are the core product, not an upsell.
Privacy-respecting
No dark patterns, no selling your data, and no third-party ads on signing pages.
