Unlimited forms, unlimited responses, sharing by link, and self-serve signing are free forever — no per-form fee and no cap on link-based signatures. The only metered thing is emailed delivery: the Free plan includes 30 emailed signature requests a month.
Why do you charge for emailed sends?
Each email we send to a signer has a real delivery cost (about $0.0009 per message). Rather than bury that or pretend it's free, we pass it through transparently. If you mostly share signing links yourself, you may never pay a cent.
What's the difference between the paid tiers?
Starter is $8/mo, or $6.67/mo billed annually ($80/year — two months free). It includes 3,000 emailed sends a month and removes the “Made with tuyaform” footer. Growth is $19/mo, or $15.83/mo billed annually ($190/year), and adds 10,000 emailed sends a month plus priority support.
How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and you get 2 months free — about 17% off the monthly price. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Credit packs ($5 for 1,000 emailed sends, $15 for 5,000) never expire. They stack on top of your monthly plan allowance, so they're handy for occasional bursts without upgrading.
What's the “Made with tuyaform” branding?
Free-plan forms show a small “Made with tuyaform” line in the footer. Any paid plan removes it, so your forms and signing pages are fully your own.
