Place your fields on the pages

Drop signature, date, initials and text fields visually, exactly where they belong on each page of your PDF.

3

Sign or send — get the sealed PDF

Sign it yourself, or send it to others by email or share link. Everyone gets a sealed, tamper-evident PDF with an audit trail and Certificate of Completion.

Need it to count?

Signing your own PDF is free. When you need a counterparty to sign, send it through tuyaform and every signature gets an audit trail, a Certificate of Completion, and optional signer verification by access code.

  • Add multiple signers and set the order
  • Authenticate each signer with a unique email link and an optional access code
  • Track views and signatures as they happen
  • Receive a sealed, tamper-evident PDF + certificate
Questions

Signing a PDF — answered

Do I need an account to sign a PDF here?

To upload and sign your own PDF, yes — a free account, created with just your email, no credit card. You don't need one when someone sends you a tuyaform document to sign: you sign right in your browser. And the signature maker on this page needs no account either — it creates a signature image (a PNG), not a signed PDF.

Is signing a PDF online legally binding?

In most cases, yes. The ESIGN Act and UETA in the U.S., and eIDAS in the EU, give electronic signatures the same legal standing as ink for the vast majority of documents. For the strongest evidence, sign or send your PDF through tuyaform so it carries an audit trail and Certificate of Completion.

Will there be a watermark on my signed PDF?

Never. tuyaform is free forever and ad-supported, so your downloaded and sealed documents are always clean — no watermark, no “made with” badge.

Can other people sign the same PDF?

Yes. Add multiple signers, set the order they sign in, and optionally require a per-signer access code. Everyone receives the final sealed copy.

Is my document private?

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting. When you use the no-account signature maker, your signature is created in your browser and nothing is uploaded. See our security page for details.
