Terms of Service

By accessing or using tuyaform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you use tuyaform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

tuyaform is a free, ad-supported online form builder and electronic-signature service. We let you create forms and documents, send them to be signed, and receive a completed, tamper-evident PDF with an audit trail.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep core signing free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

tuyaform is currently free to use and supported by advertising. "Free forever" reflects our intent for the core signing experience, but it is not a guarantee of permanently free access to every feature.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and business model at any time — including introducing paid plans or packages, offering optional premium features, placing limits on free usage, or changing how advertising works.

We will give reasonable advance notice of any material pricing change. Any paid feature will be clearly identified, and you will never be charged without your prior consent. You can stop using the service at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use tuyaform.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use tuyaform to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or phishing, upload malware, or impersonate anyone.

You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and you will not abuse signer-access tokens or the sending system.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these terms.

tuyaform supports electronic signatures that can be legally binding under laws such as ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS. We provide the tools and the audit trail; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

You are solely responsible for the documents you send, for choosing the right document for your situation, and for ensuring your use of e-signatures is valid and enforceable in your jurisdiction. Some documents (for example certain wills, deeds, or notarized instruments) may require a different method.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you ask others to sign.

You keep all ownership of the documents, forms, and data you upload or create ("your content"). We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you — for example, to deliver a document to your recipients and generate the completed PDF.

tuyaform is funded by advertising. By using the service, you agree we may display ads. We do not place third-party ads on the private pages your recipients use to sign your documents. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

The tuyaform name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any document will be legally enforceable in every context.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tuyaform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Because tuyaform is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold tuyaform harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or the law.

You may stop using tuyaform at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use tuyaform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to tuyaform's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
